Same day Crowns
Thanks to advances in modern technology real time scanning for digital impressions is now a reality. Once a digital impression is taken a computer is used to fabricate a crown with the perfect thickness and shape. This digital crown is then sent to an onsite cnc machine that makes the crown out of the material that is best suited to the given situation. Once the crown has been made it is tried in to ensure a proper fit and then a glaze is applied and placed into a vacuum furnace for an absolutely smooth high shine finish.
