Before and After Pictures
Case 1
A work related accident with a fracture of both centrals. The misalignment of both teeth was also an issue. The treatment was for 2 same day crowns to allow for some correction of the misalignment in addition to repair of the fractured portions.
Case 2
Damage caused by use of meth amphetamines resulting in the need for full upper arch rehabilitation. Treatment using a combination of porcelain crowns and chairside composite veneers. Over prominence of canines was requested by the patient. Patient is undergoing implant therapy for missing teeth.
Case 3
This patient came in with pain in the upper right and a displaced lateral incisor. Radiographs showed a fractured tooth and an extraction was needed. The patient elected to have the tooth replaced with a bridge and also wanted a brighter smile. A short treatment timeline was also a request as the patient wished to have treatment completed before the holidays. Whitening was done on top and bottom and a bridge was fabricated. Total treatment time start to finish was 6 weeks. Note how far the lateral incisor is sticking below the level of the central incisor before treatment.
Case 4
This patient wanted to repair a fractured tooth, get a cleaning, and brighten his smile. A cleaning was preformed followed by whitening of upper and lower teeth. A conservative composite buildup was done on the fractured tooth. Old composite fillings with open margins were replaced on the upper anterior teeth.
